V-ROX festival curator Ilya Lagutenko held a meeting with the Russian minister of Culture, Vladimir Medinskiy

“Mr Medinsky was very interested to hear about our initiatives of organising an international music and conference festival in Vladivostok, which this year will celebrates its 5th year anniversary.  We have discussed ways how we can develop the festival in the future and its integration not only in the free port of Vladivostok but also developing giving young Russian artists opportunities to play abroad in countries such as Japan, China and other east Asian cities.” said Ilya Lagutenko. 

V-ROX Festival is the main event of the summer in the capitol of the far eastern Russia. A place where people can meet and share their creative ideas.
