Jan&Naomi

Jan&Naomi are a Japanese duo consisting of musician/singer Naomi and Jan Urila sas. The duo met in a bar in Shibuya, Tokyo in 2012, where they started to harmonize together and began writing original material.

After releasing there debut single «A Portrait of the Artis as a Young Man/Time» (2012) and 1st EP «Jan, Naomi are» (2012) there names vastly spread through the music scene of Tokyo. They often describe there genre as «Madly silent music» or «Deadly silent music», though the songs its self is very melodious and sentimental with seizes the hearts of wide age range music fans.  In 2016 they released there 2nd EP «Leeloo and Alexandra» and succeeds there first Japan tour.

There live is often performed in art spaces, bars or fashion involved venues due to there genre-less style and there popularity in the art/fashion scene. Also because of there unique looks, they have started to appear in many Japanese fashion magazines and looks books.

There first motion picture soundtrack recorded for «Amy Said» will be out this year and more will be announced.  «Work is in progress for the new sound» says Jan and Naomi.
