Wet Red

Russia
Wet Red

Wet Red is a standout Moscow band living and performing in a five-minute walk from the Kremlin. Combining brilliant melodies with daring post-punk rhythms and glam rock images, the band headed by the singer Eva Vostroknutova has become a favourite with Moscow trendsetters, for the whirlwind energy of its live gigs and videos, in which spectacular pictures are enforced with hot-button social messages.

In the two years of their existence, Wet Red have played dozens of concerts, performed at private parties of world-known fashion brands and at key festivals. They opened the first international festival Moscow Music Week. They’ve become the favourite band of Morcheeba’s Skye Edwards and the first Russians to ever perform at the Taiwanese festival Love Love Rock. Having released three singles, Wet Red, equally passionate about testosterone music and high-end fashion, are wrapping up the recording of their debut album.
